- Coordinate with designers, photographers, writers, and artists to create cohesive content.
- Hire, supervise, and manage writers, reporters, and other media team employees.
- Meet tight deadlines and monitor budgets to ensure efficient publication processes.
- Proofread and edit stories or art pieces to maintain high-quality standards.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience working as Content Associate with a strong portfolio demonstrating editing, writing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, InDesign, Photoshop, or other relevant publishing tools.
- Familiarity with **SEO principles **and social media best practices.
Exceptional written skills in English, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
- Critical thinking and an eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in publications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
