**About AVPN**

With over 600 members, AVPN is a unique and extensive funders’ network based in Singapore committed to building a vibrant and high-impact social investment community across Asia, including social finance, impact investing and gender-lens investing. As an industry network, AVPN embraces a wide range of engagements to improve the effectiveness of members across the Asia Pacific region from hosting the region’s largest annual gathering for 1,200 social investors, and ecosystem builders at the AVPN Conference in 2019, with 7,500 registered delegates at the 2020 virtual conference, to workshops, roundtables, webinars, and regular member meet-ups. AVPN also produces research reports that support ecosystem development, hosts a platform to match the financial and non-financial resources of investors with investee organizations, and runs an extensive communication platform which includes the AVPN website, a newsletter that is received by over 17,000 subscribers, and a strong social media presence.

**About the Role**:
We are searching for a talented **Content Marketing Associate **who is a creative thinker with an audience-first mindset to develop engaging content for AVPN.

**What you will do**:

- Work cross-functionally with all teams to develop impactful and cohesive content
- Develop talking points on social impact for speaking engagements by senior staff
- Writing and proofreading creative copy
- Choosing and designing visual materials
- Integrate SEO best practices into content
- Identify opportunities to profile AVPN’s developments & ambitions
- Ongoing management of AVPN website content and social media, including hands-on content development and curation
- Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, website traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programmes are delivered on time
- Undertake individual marketing and content development tasks as assigned
- Creating and monitoring content calendar for all AVPN social media

**What you will need**:

- Min Education: Bachelor Degree
- Min 1 year experience in content creation, writing, or storytelling
- Passionate about social impact and investment.
- Excellent writing, editing, proof-reading skills, and the ability to create, adapt, and unify information and ideas into simple, compelling stories
- Detail-oriented and well organized in managing multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Flair for creativity and aesthetics to help craft the message and design the look and feel of campaign materials
- Experience with Design tools such as Figma, Canva, and hoot suite
- Ability to work within Google Workspace
- Experience managing website content is desired
