**Responsibilities**:

- Provide oversight on secretariat support to IT Governance platforms and forums (such as IT Council and IT Board forums). This includes timely delivery of minutes and coordination with senior management on the management of these forums.
- Review and critique policies and processes relating to IT operations and educate the project teams to acquire sound understanding and adherence of the published IT Policies and Processes.
- Assist in engaging and communicating technology related policies and processes, best practices and relevant use cases to the IT Project managers.
- Assist in conducting and facilitating Change Management and BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) workshops.
- Drive engagement with external IT governance stakeholders to assimilate best practices for public healthcare and also across industries.
- Assist in conducting induction workshops to guide new IT Project Managers on the various IT Governance forums and platforms.
- Engage stakeholders on quality improvement initiatives relating to IT policies and processes to drive better project implementation.
- Any other duties as assigned by the RO.

**Requirements**:

- Recognized degree although consideration will be given to experience and certifications in lieu of degree with 6 years working experience in projects or portfolio management and with an emphasis on stakeholder management.
- Possess good writing skills with experience in performing secretariat roles for high level meetings.
- Capable of building good relationships at all levels, and comfortable with working with Senior Management.
- Experience in portfolio management office from policy to operations.
- Good understanding and knowledge on IT operation processes and in public healthcare setting will be advantageous.
- Able to work independently as well as an effective team player in complex organizations.
