Senior Manager/ Manager, Philanthropic Strategy and

**What the role is**
This role supports Philanthropy and Engagement Group to develop strategies as well as form strategic partnerships to drive Community Chest’s mission to strengthen the ecosystem for sustainable resourcing and giving.
**What you will be working on**
- Builds competitive sector and market intelligence for Community Chest.
- Develops, evaluates and implements strategic philanthropy opportunities/collaboration.
- Undertakes environmental scanning and sector research to identify emerging trends, key opportunities and challenges in philanthropy and fundraising
- Assists in the formulation of strategy and strategic initiatives to address structural issues in the sector/landscape.
- Develops policy papers for consideration of the Management
- Assists in the development of content and strategic messages to position Community Chest as the choice philanthropy and fundraising leader/partner
- Any other duties as assigned by management.

**Experience**:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in related roles
