**Responsibilities**:

- **Source, evaluate, and assess the performance of airfreight carriers**to ensure high service quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods.
- **Build and maintain strategic partnerships**with airlines and logistics service providers to negotiate favorable rates and uphold service standards.
- **Lead the carrier engagement and procurement process**, including conducting RFQ bidding with carriers to secure the best pricing and space for cost efficiency.
- **Collaborate with internal teams**(Innovation and Operations) to develop cost-effective air product solutions for potential clients and streamline procurement processes aligned with business objectives.
- **Implement air procurement strategies**to maximize revenue by enhancing air product solutions.
- **Oversee contract administration**, including rate negotiations, service commitments, and performance metrics.
- **Serve as the primary liaison**between the company and key airline/logistics service provider partners.
- **Stay updated on air logistics market trends**and provide insights and recommendations to the management team to optimize airfreight sourcing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of related working experience in Global Logistics Company or Airline/ Air Freight industry.
- Deep understanding of Air spot rate and Supply Chain Management.
- Good in negotiating with airlines and logistics service providers.
- Well versed in international air cargo regulations, including customs, security, and environmental standards.
- Proven track record in Air cargo sales experience
- B2B Sales and Marketing.
- Established good connection with Airlines/ Carriers and/or other co-loaders.
