Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

Quotation_**
- Assist on company costing sheet and information
- Assist to gather and arrange customers’ information, product requirements and any other required information
- Gather blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Provide estimates and computation for the product size and weight, machine capacity, etc
- Coordinate and liaise with the various departments on customer requirements
**_
Technical_**
- Coordinate and liaise with the technical team on the product specification and customer requirements
- Work with the technical team to understand and coordinate the various processes required
**_
Sourcing_**
Liaise and follow up with suppliers and the various team on the requirements
**_
Analysis & Sales Operation_**
- Data input and analysis
- Monitor each RFQ
- Review and analyse the market trend
- Assist the Sales team on the related processes for current and potential accounts
**Job Qualification**
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
- Excellent organization skills
- Able to work independently
