
Product Marketing Dir/manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Marketing Dir/Manager to join our team and lead the strategic/product marketing efforts for our semiconductor IC products in the high reliability electronics market. This includes components and compute platforms for space/satellite industry as well as power management IC’s for the DCDC market. As a Product Marketing Dir/Manager for these semiconductor IC products, you will be responsible for driving the successful market introduction, growth, and performance of our products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing your expertise in product marketing, semiconductor technology, and market analysis.
1. Product Strategy:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies and roadmaps to ensure the successful introduction and growth of high reliability semiconductor IC products in the space/satellite and DC-DC converter markets.
- Define and communicate the product value proposition and positioning.
2. Market Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes for key regions that use radiation hardened IC components/platforms and DCDC converters.
- Use market insights to inform product development and strategy.
3. Product Launch:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure a successful, on time, product release.
4. Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the rad hard electronics and DC-DC markets.
- Gather customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
5. Competitive Intelligence:
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Sales Enablement:
- Provide sales teams with the necessary training, tools, and resources to effectively sell semiconductor IC products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets.
7. Product Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life decisions.
- Continuously optimize product offerings to meet market demands.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on DC-DC products.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductor IC products specifically for radiation hardened components and compute platforms.
- Proven experience in product positioning, market analysis, and strategy development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of multitasking.
