To strengthen our teams in high-potential markets, we are looking for a **Technical Sales Engineer **(M/F).

Reporting to the Manager of the Test & Metrology and Industrial Thermography product line, you will **develop sales on the South East Asia & Oceania geographical perimeter **.

**Specifically**:

- You **process the incoming leads **generated by our marketing actions.
- You identify new leads and **prospect for new accounts **;
- You **ensure the sales operations **and the **product promotion **by setting up product demonstrations during customer meetings, trade shows;
- After analyzing the customer's specific request, you **build the technical-sales proposals **;
- You **negotiate sales contracts **in accordance with the Group's sales strategy;
- You **manage the progress of your projects **and carry out the necessary reporting;
- You **identify, develop and manage a sales network of agents and distributors **and thus enhance our leadership position. You train them on the products and accompany them to meetings.
- As a reference interlocutor, you will **maintain a privileged relationship **with your customers.
- You are in interface with the R&D development, production and support teams.

Upon your arrival, you will follow a training period on infrared technologies, our products and processes.

With and **Engineering background **, you have at least **3 years of experience in a similar Sales **position OR in a **Technical position **in a high-tech and industrial oriented environment.

**"Results-oriented", **your tenacity and interpersonal skills are essential assets for this position.

You must have a good command of English in order to communicate with your partners both in writing and orally. Fluency in another language is a plus.
- Position based in Singapore
- Expected mobility (between 25% & 50% of the time).
- Salary based on experience level (Fixed salary + Bonus).
