**About the Role**:
Seeking a organised, proactive, and highly adaptable **Marketing Administrator & Personal Assistant**to support both the day-to-day operations of the business and occasional marketing initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is comfortable managing administrative and operational responsibilities, and is also excited to contribute creatively to marketing efforts when needed. It is a very personable position with close relations to the Director on a day-to-day basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative & Personal Assistant Support**:

- Provide executive support when needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with personal errands and ad hoc tasks as required.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and records with accuracy and attention to detail.

**Marketing & Communications Support**:

- Help maintain brand consistency across internal and external communications.
- Conduct research and compile reports or presentations related to marketing initiatives.
- Provide design or digital or support for ad-hoc tasks.

**Key Skills & Attributes**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Able to handle multiple priorities with flexibility and calm under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Social Media, Design and Digital.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.

**Ideal Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or marketing support role.
- Comfortable working closely with management and being highly adaptable.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take on varied tasks and learn on the go.
