Reservations Supervisor

**About the Opportunity**

The Reservations Supervisor will effectively and efficiently implement directions from Reservations Manager regarding guest and customer inquiries and maximize revenue opportunities through upselling techniques with guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow and ensure implementation for the entire Reservations department procedures and processes.
- Actively seek opportunities to increase revenue.
- Ensure constant delivery of excellent customer service.
- Carry out daily tasks and coordinate with Reservation Team
- Review booked reservations and arrival reports daily.
- Ensure smooth communication in regard to bookings and occupancy.
- Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and process charges according to the policy.
- Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
- Collaborates closely with Reservation Manager
- Coordinates with different departments to guarantee effective communication
- Interacts with guests and customers to guarantee profitable result of events

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university or Hospitality Degree
- Minimum 5 of experience from a reputed hotel or beach resort
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
