What You'll Do:

Deliver warm, friendly, and personalized customer service that creates memorable experiences.

Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Handle reservations and inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and promptness.

Accurately key in orders using the POS system.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.

Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to company and regulatory standards.

Work closely with teammates and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Support the team with any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Who We're Looking For:

Prior F&B experience is a bonus (especially in handling and serving alcohol), but we welcome enthusiastic fast learners

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy making others feel welcome.

Able to stay calm and composed during busy periods – you shine in fast-paced environments.
