**Solution Design and Architecture**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Develop and present technical proposals, including solution architectures, implementation plans, and cost estimates.

**Technical Expertise**:
- Provide in-depth technical support and consultancy to customers during the pre-sales phase.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical workshops.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products relevant to the company's offerings.

**Client Engagement**:

- Primary technical point of contact for the Sales Team
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Address technical queries and objections effectively to advance the sales process.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales, product management, and engineering teams to align on product capabilities and roadmap.
- Provide feedback to product management and engineering based on client interactions and market trends.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for proposed solutions, including diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation guides.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, partners, and internal teams.

**Training and Enablement**:

- Conduct training sessions for sales teams to improve their technical understanding and sales effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver training materials and resources for clients and partners.

**Education**:

- Certification in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science desirable.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably with a focus on system integration.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of system integration, networking, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with a wide range of technologies, such as cloud computing, virtualization, security, and data management.
- Proficiency in solution design tools and methodologies.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**Certifications**:
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Cisco, VMware, Veeam, Nutanix AWS) are highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
