Human Resource Generalist/executive

**Description of Key Job Duties**:
1. Provide human resources support for Asia Pacific Region, mainly providing professional services in onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, compensation & benefits, employee relations etc.
2. Assist in developing and executing procedures and policies and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations.
3. Responsible for establishing effective communication with employees of the business department, summarizing and giving feedback on various opinions and suggestions, and assisting in dealing with the regular employee relationship issues of relevant business departments.
4. Be a HR Champion ensuring all Trina HR strategy, policy and guidelines comply with the local and national rules and regulations.
5. Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeeping of Employee Handbook and contribute to policy development.
6. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor from time to time.
**Skills Requirement**:
1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related discipline.
2. Minimum 1 to 2 years of HR Generalist work experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Ability to use relevant knowledge of human resources and functional areas to build trusting relationships with others.
4. Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ethics
6. Excellent learning ability, good judgment on complex problems and have strong ownership.
7. Fluent in both spoken and written English & Chinese, in order to liaise with Chinese counterparties.
