**What the role is**
- The Logistics Executive / Senior Logistics Executive performs inventory transactions and carries out store operation activities. The roles and responsibilities include:
**What you will be working on**
- Perform inspection, receipt and issuance of spares/items managed in inventory stores.
- Organise, pack and secure/label with RFID-tags inventory items using issued mobile devices, RFID printers and handheld scanners.
- Schedule and carry out physical inventory stock count (or inventory stocktake), and to alert supervisors of any discrepancy in inventory quantities, qualities and locations.
- Work with supervisors to develop and implement security and safety measures for the management of inventory stores.
- Supervise and manage contractors/workers to carry out works for inventory operations.
- Maintain good housekeeping of store to ensure that it is clean and tidy to facilitate the ease of retrieval and storage of the inventory items.
**What we are looking for**
- Diploma in logistics & supply chain management, business administration, engineering or equivalent would be preferred.
- Relevant experience in procurement and supply chain would be preferred.
- Able to physically carry, move or transfer inventory items to/from shelves and in/out of the stores.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and analytical ability.
- Good proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written; ability to effectively interact with staff and peers.
- A self-driven, proactive individual who is able to work independently as well as with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Applicants with Class 2 or Class 3 License would be preferred.
