The analyst for the APAC region will support Finance community ( Accounting and Business Controllers) and Procurement in master data migration and preparation for pre ORT activities during the period, reporting directly to APAC IFS Lead and Regional Head of Finance.

**Core Activities**

1. Master Data Migration:
Preparation of Master data migration from Navision into IFS and getting up to speed on the Fit gap topics across the various modules.

2. Projects Module:
Support the APAC IFS Lead or Regional Head of Finance in supporting Business controllers/ Project cost controllers in projects set up or following up with the Fit gap topics and support UAT Training for End users/ Keyusers

3. Finance Module:
Support the APAC IFS Lead or Regional Head of Finance in following up with the required open topics discussion and support UAT Training for End users/ Keyusers

**KPIs**
- Ability to work independent with mínimal supervision
- Fast Learner and able to multi-task
- Takes initiative and experience in stakeholder mgt

Internal Contacts: APAC IFS Lead, Business Controllers, FSSC, Service Line Directors, Regional Head of Finance

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent, in Finance, IT related functions
- 2 to 5 year of related working experience, System Implementation support/ Master data migration
- Perfect role for system implementation with extension possibility beyond 6 months as implementation extends to other countries within APAC

- Good organizational and analytical skills, able to digest complex information, see trends, able to look outside-in and with helicopter view, think in scenario’s and analysis through data
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects, takes ownership with a pro-active and critical mindset
