Based at our Corporate Office in Singapore, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as **IT Manager, Cybersecurity **.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential security vulnerabilities and threats through risk assessments and penetration testing.
- Design and implement robust security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, data encryption, and access controls.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend enhancements to existing security measures.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about cybersecurity awareness, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Manage security incidents, including incident response, containment, and recovery efforts.
- Stay informed about emerging cyber threats and advise senior management on potential impacts and necessary actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and cybersecurity professionals to leverage expertise and stay updated on industry developments.
- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**The Person**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing cybersecurity operations, preferably in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Strong knowledge of network and system security, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and incident response.
- Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Proficiency in using security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, antivirus, encryption, and vulnerability scanning tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the aptitude to mentor and develop cybersecurity professionals.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
