**What the role is**
- Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will co-lead the Treasury Branch within the division.

**What you will be working on**
- As a Senior Assistant Director (Treasury Branch), you will need to assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilisation of financial resources in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Agency. You will be responsible for the following: - Implement investment strategy and policies - Develop processes and procedures to track and manage the investment portfolio - Monitor and ensure that investments are in compliance with governance framework - Conduct due diligence on external fund managers, custodian, etc - Support any fund raising exercise that NEA may embark on - Review and ensure that all accounting, audit and statutory reporting requirements are met - Secretariat to the Board Finance Committee
