My client is a **construction firm **located at **bedok **.
Require **HR Executive from construction industry **.
Company size : 50 employees. Majority are construction workers.
**Job Description**:
- Handle the recruitment, selection and placement of staff which include preparing of letter of appointment, confirmation and termination
- Administer and monitor Lateness / Absenteeism cases
- Post recruitment advertisement (not frequent)
- Prepare new personnel files, maintains and ensure the accuracy of HR database
- Preparing Reports
- **Process Payroll **administration of all office staff including processing of monthly CPF contributions
- **Work Passes Applications/Renewal/Cancellation**:
- Liase with the insurer on staff movement / **medical claims and insurance related matters **.
- Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance productivity
- Coordination compensation and benefits like salary planning bonus planning new benefits introduction.
- **Employee leaves **management and leave record update
- Handling and submission of all completed questionnaires/survey forms from government agencies and organizations which are related to HR
**Additional scopes **which required due to construction industry:
- **Construction workers training course **and cert renewal due to requirement. For example coretrade, csoc, safety courses.
- Issue safety helmet, safety shoes, etc for workers and engineers
- **Source for dormitory **for workers and drivers
- Additional duties required if Covid arises
**Qualification is not critical, experiences in construction industrial is critical.
