
Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description:
- Responsible for the daily job schedules and ensure the smooth operations of the service team.
- Ensure all scheduled jobs are done and re-schedule for service jobs that were postponed and all jobs must be completed on a monthly basis.
- Data entry & filing of service reports.
- In charge of stock issuance from inventory software to service technicians.
- Work closely with our sales team and clients for new contracts and ad-hoc jobs.
- Perform any related general administrative duties e.g. filing, data entry & other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years scheduling experience.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good Interpersonal & coordination skill & possess good telephone etiquette.
- Able to work as a team

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
