**Your responsibilities as Marketing Manager**:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Decathlon’s brand strategy and communications plan, aimed at increasing brand awareness, improving brand image, planning and executing campaigns and driving customer acquisition and retention. This role is crucial for ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and enhancing the overall brand experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Brand Strategy Ownership: Lead the development and execution of Decathlon’s brand communication and marketing strategy.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with Campaign Leads to create and implement effective brand and marketing campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Manage Campaign managers, Content creators, Events leader and Social Media managers
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the campaign commercial team (CSLs) to align brand image, messaging, and tactical commercial initiatives.
- Integrated Campaign Calendar: Own and maintain an integrated campaign calendar, ensuring message alignment across all channels.
- Product and Service Support: Coordinate with all business areas to plan and manage support for products and services as needed.
- Marketing Campaign Coordination: Oversee marketing campaigns across mass media, digital platforms.
- Creative Development: Brief and develop compelling creative messages, managing messaging hierarchies and optimizing for the appropriate channels.
- Agency Management: Oversee creative and media agencies, defining scope of work and performance KPIs.
- Budget Management: Set and optimize budget for greater ROI, demonstrating a sound understanding of growth through owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Brand Health Measurement: Champion the customer perspective within the business by understanding brand and customer metrics; set KPIs and activities to ensure positive brand health.
- Customer Insights: Collaborate with global teams and local agencies to analyze customer demographics and market opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Marketing Research: Conduct marketing research to support projects and stay updated on current trends and guidelines.
- Campaign Reporting: Partner with CSLs to conduct Post Implementation Reviews, gathering insights and learnings from all marketing activities.
**Requirements**:
- Expertise in Brand Strategy and Campaign Planning
- Experience in Mass Media and Media Optimization
- Proficient in Customer Insights and Market Analysis
- Budget Management and ROI Optimization
- Skilled in Copywriting and Proposition Development
- Effective Creative Briefing, Agency management
- Experience in managing and coordinating cross functional teams
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Singapore market
