**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Collateral and Brand Management**:Create, maintain, and update corporate marketing materials. Develop and implement brand guidelines to ensure a consistent identity across all channels
- **Creative Vision and Strategy**: Develop and oversee the creative vision and design strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall brand and marketing objectives.
- **Visual Management**: Ensure high-quality design and visual aesthetics across all platforms and materials. Manage and maintain a cohesive and visually appealing brand image.
- **Creative Direction and Execution**: Create high-quality graphic designs and engaging videos to support marketing campaigns, branding and events.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, including product events and brand guide updates, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- **Storytelling and Writing**: Utilize strong writing skills to effectively convey the brand's story and message through design elements.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to create and edit design materials.
- **Cross-Functional Exposure**: Gain exposure to various marketing aspects, enhancing skills and knowledge beyond the core design responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a creative role with extensive experience in graphic design and creative project management.
- Possess a strong creative and design mindset with an exceptional eye for visual aesthetics and detail.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in graphic design and creative strategy, supported by a comprehensive portfolio.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro and other graphic design tools
- Strong writing skills to narrate the brand's story effectively through visual and design elements.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively, generating new ideas and solutions to enhance the brand's visual appeal.
- Outstanding time management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under mínimal supervision
