Our outlet is seeking a Full-Time Retail Shop Manager / Service Crew Manager for our cat cafe near Paya Lebar MRT.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Manage daily business operations in the retail area and cat cafe.
- Introducing our kittens, service, and goods to customers.
- Keep the environment clean and hygienic.
- Ensure all cat cafe appointments are properly scheduled.
- Update documents and customers' information.
- Oversee shop performance.
- Manager staff and part-timers.
- Post a daily update on social media.
- Answer customers’ calls, messages, and feedback.

**Job Requirement**:

- Fluent in speaking and reading English.
- Able to work six days per week, on weekends and public holidays.
- Love animals
- Patient with handling adult cats and kittens
- Good and reliable in communication with the customers
- Careful with detailed information and document
