MARKET ACCESS EXECUTIVE

Location: Singapore

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Market Access Executive role base in Singapore. This role will primarily focus on PAP activities and execution of key brands Market Access strategy.

Position Overview:
The Market Access (MA) Executive, Singapore, reporting to Market Access Manager, Singapore, combines responsibilities for patient access programs, pricing & access across all channels (for example, government, self-pay, private health insurance) for assigned products or therapeutic areas.

The role is responsible for managing the operations of all patient access programs (PAPs), associated compliance and training of internal staff, and collaboration with any third-party vendors who execute the PAPs.

In this role you will:
1. Manage the operations of PAP
- Screening of new PAP Enrolment forms (ensure completeness & fulfillment of patient eligibility criteria)
- Checking PAP Free Goods Request form (ensure that correct quantity of free goods is requested by clinic/hospital, and that free goods is due for the patient)
- Liaising with Distributor on distribution of PAP goods (ensure that free goods is being delivered to the clinic/hospital pharmacy)

2. Manage other PAP implementation matters
- Liaising with cross-functional colleagues on PAP approval/reconciliation matters
- Catering to unique workflow arrangements of public hospitals
- PAP contracts with hospitals & third party vendor

3. Manage other J&J PAP obligations
- Paying hospital(s) a Service Fee in return for PAP services rendered
- Other PAP contractual obligations

4. Miscellaneous PAP matters
- Support cross-functional PAP review, training of internal staff, amendment of SOP/Forms, preparation for audits, retaining relevant records

6. Support therapeutic area-specific and above-brand policy shaping by maintaining a deep understanding of Market Access and reimbursement processes and bringing this knowledge and insight into the strategic thinking of the XFT.

7. You will also support ad-hoc regional Market Access projects, annual list price review, and local evidence generation

**Qualifications**:

- Science or related university degree, with a higher degree or diploma in Health Economics, Public Health, or Epidemiology preferred
- 1-2 years market access related experience
- Knowledge of HTA, Pricing, Government drug policies, compliance
