As an Admin Coordinator, you’ll be performing clerical duties and providing administrative support to the General Manager and Front Office team. You will assist to ensure the daily administrative documents are processed efficiently and accurately.
**What is the Job?**
- Efficient in managing General Manager’s calendar such as appointments and meetings
- Manage and co-ordinate updates on hotel guests’ database ensuring that all records are accurate and active
- Keep accurate recording on guests’ feedback from the various feedback channels and coordinate timely response to guests
- Compile occupancy statistics
- Maintain a correspondence data base (manual and electronic)
- Maintain Front Office team’s attendance records via e-cirtrix system
- Work close with front office team members to ensure timely submission of reports and preparation of administration documents required by the Front Office team
- Communicate effectively to colleagues to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
You should have at least a Diploma qualification or minimum 1 year of experience working in a hotel Front office environment.
