
Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Complete in setting up dealer yearly business plan with supervisor
- Weekly (or when applicable) report on dealer activities and market condition
- Monthly dealer performance report (Order, sales and stock reporting)
- Tracking of allocated dealer business plan completion (monthly orders, dealer co-op, dealer sales action plan/activities);
- Sales support (product information, CSM quotation, secure special production spots, customer visit) to allocated dealer
- Special pricing approval (preparation and obtain approval from supervisors)
- Ensure dealer maximize Sales Campaign
- Maintain dealer organization chart and records;
- Improve dealer representation (coverage, promotion, investment) of brand
- Product refreshment training.
- Constant feedback of competitors’ product and trend to Product Marketing for future product development.
- Accounts receivable collections & follow up
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical discipline
- Minimum 2-3 year of heavy equipment, Forklift or relevant industry
- Good business/finance acumen
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Adaptability
- Cross cultural sensitivity, International Travel (30%)
Other information
Working Hours: 9am - 5.45pm Mon-Fri
Transport Provided: Yishun, Woodlands, Jurong East and Boon Lay MRT
Allowance: $130 fixed transport allowance monthly / Oversea travel allowance (if any)
Annual leave: 14 days, with additional 1 day every year until max of 21 days
