**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for maintaining sales system data, compiling and archiving documents, and other related tasks.
- Support the sales team with client contract negotiations, including contract signing, reconciliation, policy updates, and CRM maintenance.
- Work closely with marketing, finance and supply chain team to ensure smooth project implementation and timely information sharing.
- Assist the department in completing various sales operation reports.
- Assist supervisors in completing sales operation management projects and other tasks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or above.
- At least 2 years of work experience; experience in sales operations is preferred.
- Good communication skills and cross-departmental collaboration abilities; proficient in using Office software including Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
- Strong learning ability, organizational skills, and a meticulous work attitude.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
