**LOCATION**

Jurong | Pioneer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Check and verify the documents.
- Assist in answering calls.
- Handle enquiries and correspondences
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on requests and that different stakeholder groups are properly informed of any request.
- Maintain open communication.
- Any ad-hoc work as prescribed by the superior.

**WORKING HOURS**
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Fridays: 8.30am to 5.15pm (with 45 mins - 1 hour lunch breaks)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. However, may be required to work if needed.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Min ‘O’ Level
- Proficient in English (verbal) - Able to answer enquiries and provide information
- Systematic, organised and detail-minded.
- Good understanding and skills with MS Excel/MS Word.
- Experience in call centre or customer service environment would be an advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
