**Job Description**:
Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Fund Management Associate Intern to join our team. The intern will undergo comprehensive training in various aspects of fund management, with a particular focus on launching a property-based investment fund. Working closely with the Fund Manager and Property Investment team, this is a unique opportunity to gain practical exposure to real-world investment strategies, property market trends, and advisory practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Training with Fund Manager: Learn the processes involved in fund management, including structuring and launching investment funds with underlying land investments.

Market Research & Analysis: Assist in writing macroeconomic reports, analyzing market trends, and contributing to research on investment opportunities.

Property Investment Research: Work alongside the Property Investment arm’s research department to identify emerging trends in the property market.

Certifications: Complete necessary certifications to enable you to provide investment property advisory services.

Collaboration: Work closely with the property investment team and fund manager on day-to-day tasks and projects.

**Requirements**:
Strong interest in property investment, fund management, and financial markets.

Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

A keen interest in obtaining industry certifications related to property investment and advisory.
