**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a dedicated Preschool Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children. Your responsibilities include:

- **Curriculum Implementation**:Deliver creative and developmentally appropriate lessons.
Plan activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
Foster a love for learning through hands-on experiences.
- **Child Development**:Observe and assess children's progress and developmental milestones.
Provide individualized support to cater to each child's needs.
Create an inclusive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
- **Parent Communication**:Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians.
Share updates on children's activities, progress, and areas of growth.
Collaborate with families to enhance children's learning journey.
- **Classroom Management**:Establish routines that promote a sense of security and structure.
Encourage positive behavior and social interactions.
Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- **Assessment and Documentation**:Document children's learning experiences and achievements.
Use observations to inform curriculum planning and individualized support.
Participate in team discussions to enhance teaching strategies.

Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education.
Contribute actively to a collaborative teaching team.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- WSQ/Diploma/ Advanced Certificate Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Passion for fostering children's growth and development.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and pedagogy.
- Effective communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability in the classroom.
- Previous experience in a preschool setting is preferred.
