We are seeking an exceptional Centre Principal/Vice Principal to lead our pre-school team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality education. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, teaching staff, and communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the centre according to the school's policies and quality standards;
- Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the school's holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum;
- Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Leadership or its equivalent;
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Centre principal in a pre-school / childcare setting;
- Strong leadership skills, able to lead a team and manage people;
- High sense of responsibility, positive and a can-do work attitude;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Basic computer skills;
