- To be responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the Centre.
- Oversee the daily routines and programmes of the Centre, ensure they are carried out smoothly.
- Well verse in local regulatory agencies requirement regarding licensing, health and safety regulations.
- Maintain the school environment per the HQ requirements.
- Ensure safe, fair and effective work practices are maintained for all employees in the Centre.
- Manage the team towards optimising operational processes and improve efficiency
- An effective curriculum leader who is able to monitor teaching and learning and develop teachers as effective facilitators.
- To organise events like excursions, open house and concert for the Centre.
- Maintain good relations with parents, stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of the Centre.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE) or Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DECCE-L).
- Min 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a pre-school/infant care setting.
- Certified L2 teacher by ECDA.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy.
- Strong leadership qualities and able to manage a team of early childhood professionals.
