Le Petit Croissant is a French bakery passionate about delivering authentic French pastries and exceptional service to our customers. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated **Shop Manager**to run our takeaway shop **independently**, ensuring a smooth and delightful customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:Welcome customers warmly and assist with their orders.
Build rapport with regular customers to enhance their experience.
- **Coffee Preparation**:Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the coffee-making equipment.
- **Order Management**:Assemble and prepare takeaway orders with attention to detail and quality.
Handle payment transactions accurately.
- **Stock Management**:Monitor inventory levels and replenish stocks as needed.
