Job Overview:
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to work with our partner in their launch operations in Asia. Within their respective countries and cities, launchers will be responsible for finding and onboarding new Orb Operators - these independent, entrepreneurial individuals who sign up new users - and running creative campaigns to generate awareness about the product.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Oversee key launch activities for your respective countries and cities, including identifying and onboarding Orb Operators and designing on-the-ground efforts.
- Build processes and cross-functional systems to support launch efforts.
- Consolidate launch insights to inform strategy for future markets.
- Work cross-functionally with the Logistics, Product, and Marketing teams to create and execute highly-localized campaigns.
- Use data and key learnings to efficiently and effectively scale launch campaigns in Singapore.

Qualifications:

- 3 years of relevant operations experience (project management, consulting,

operations-heavy roles)

- You’re analytical. You use data to inform your decision making and know what kind of data you need and how to get it.
