**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and study the dynamic of the e-commerce and launch new business initiatives and revenue stream in self-storage concept.
- Grow the self-storage concept to have more value-added services and create loyalty from the users.
- Study the dynamics of the e-Commerce and self-storage industries to drive new business initiatives.
- Devise a Go-to-Market strategy and operationalise a Market Launch plan accompanied with a details financial budget.
- Be the liaison party to work with the local authorities and private vendors to market launch new business initiatives.
- Conduct community-driven initiatives to ensure close alignment with the target market requirements.
- Establish and develop external partnership deals to accelerate market growth.
- Grow market share through carefully executed marketing initiatives and strategies.
- Pro-actively involved in executing both online and offline customer acquisition initiatives.
- Execute a strong internal and external communications with all stakeholders and manage the communication and delivery between the commercial and the technology development team.
- Ensure the timely execution and implementation of the Market Launch plans and to ensure that this new business initiatives contribute to the growth and sustainability of the Work Plus Store business.
- Identify and develop new leads/markets in order to grow the business beyond Singapore.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of working management in technology companies, start-ups, consulting, or real estate environment.
- Exposure in business development, special projects assignment, CEO office, or client-facing role is ideal.
- Master degree, or MBA from a top tier business school are optional, but Bachelor's from related degree is a must.
- Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assesses, recognize and reward performance.
- Drive and hunger to achieve results, entrepreneur mindset.
- Independent, self-starter, initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Excellent business acumen, analytical skills and willingness to be hands-on, and work within tight deadlines.
- High commitment, confidence, motivation and flexibility.
- Passionate about strategies, detailed analytics and swift execution will be the key to your success.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
