Position**:Temp** **Case Tracker (6 Months)**

Department: Case Management Unit

Case Tracker plays a crucial role in coordinating patient appointments and support patient care services. Case trackers’ roles are to ensure patients turn up for their treatment and appointments by coordinating and following up timely and closely.

**Responsibilities**:

- To identify patient's defaulted appointments and attendance and provide a suitable action plan.
- To schedule appointment for patients in system.
- To be able to handle enquiries and/or difficult calls pertaining to appointment.
- Able to use various IT systems to perform daily work.

**Requirements**:
**Competency**
- Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Contact Center / Healthcare experience will be an advantage.
- Able to commit to 6 months (to indicate your travel plans (if any) )

**Educational and Professional Requirements**
- At least GCE ’O’ Level or equivalent with customer service experience.
