**Key Responsibilities**
- Logging/Closing cases in Case Management Module (TREX) to ensure that all cases/feedback are logged properly
- Prepare outgoing mails (Register, Local & Overseas) for postage
- Facilitate courier deliveries/pickups while ensuring proper record keeping. Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery/pickups

**Job Requirements**
- Strong problem solving and co-ordination skills
- Possess ability to multitask and work independently
- Good analytical and communication skills
