**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the Asia-Pacific and Singapore local project managers in building and coordinating local teams.
2. Act as a communication bridge between the Asia-Pacific, Singapore local teams, and headquarters, assisting in establishing communication and coordination mechanisms.
3. Assist in the overall coordination and management of the Smart Cockpit Platform project (including platform hardware, platform system software, platform ecosystem software, platform cloud services, etc.) in the local area.
4. Coordinate work in local product development, testing, operations, and interface with after-sales, quality, and related departments.
5. Assist in the localization implementation of various strategies and tasks set by the headquarters.
6. Identify and address risks and issues in local operations, and develop and drive solutions.
7. Interface with headquarters' HR/Finance/Administration departments to ensure the establishment of localized support systems.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry, mobile industry, or related industries, with a preference for experience in the Smart Cockpit field and development experience.
2. Prior experience living and working in Singapore is a plus.
3. Experience in managing internal teams or outsourced teams is preferred.
4. Fluent in English, with experience in overseas projects being a plus.
5. Experience in project management in the automotive industry is preferred, and PMP certification is a plus.
6. Strong communication skills, cross-department coordination ability, quick learning capability, a strong spirit of teamwork, a sense of responsibility for delivery, and a service-oriented mindset.
7. Proficient in using office software and common project management tools.
