**TENDER STAGE**
1. Quantity take-off and cost estimation based on drawings.

2. Prepare tender, pricing, budgeting the profit.

3. Sourcing out and wvaluation of quotation from sub-contractors.

4. Price comparison and costing summary.

**AWARDED STAGE/ON GOING PROJECT**
1. Prepare the letter of award and negotiation with sub-contractor regarding the contract sum.

2. Prepare monthly progress claim and payment response.

3. Liaise with site engineer/PM to check the VO and status of progress of work.

4. Liaise with site engineer/PM to arrange and order the machinery/ material to site.

5. Prepare quotations for VO and tabulate all the supporting documents.

6. Attend site meeting of discussion about the VO.

7. Prepare project monthly expenses, monitor budget and keep track of direct cost on projects.

**FINAL ACCOUNT**
1. Prepare the final account. Close out financial account and retention release.

2. Finalizing and closing with sub-contractor.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
