**Responsibilities**:
Responsible in quantity take-off and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off and claims preparation
Assist in collating subcontractor's quotation and variation order work
Assist QS manager in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills

**Job Requirements**:
Degree/Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
Minimum 2-5 years’ relevant experience in building and construction industries.

Under the revised Employment Agencies Licence Condition 5(b), employment agencies (EAs) are required to collect the personal data (e.g. NRIC, FIN) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least 6 months with a fixed monthly salary of $3,300 and above.
