Transform Borders’ mission is to counsel every client through a successful and stress-free immigration journey. Our Company strives to provide strategic immigration consultation and legal assistance to every client, and to help companies and their HR adhere to immigration authority laws and guidelines.

Transform Borders is looking for an Immigration Consultant who is responsible for managing end-to-end immigration services, and ensuring compliance of immigration services within the Singapore legislation for our company clients. You will also have the opportunity to grow substantially with a boutique business, as you work from home with the following responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities

You will:

- Assist with day-to-day processing matters pertaining to employment, dependent passes, Singapore residency and immigration-related compliance affairs etc.
- Provide immigration advice and supporting services to clients facing different immigration inquiries
- Check accuracy of documents and information for submission
- Attend client meetings or networking sessions online or in person
- Additional opportunities to earn a sales based commission on top of base salary

Preferred Qualification
- Have Diploma/Degree qualifications in Business, Legal and/or related fields
- Knowledge of immigration regulations of Singapore
- Experience resolving complex immigration issues independently
- Highly resourceful and autonomous to manage multiple tasks, and have sound personal judgement and ability to adapt to change
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients and government agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Computer Skills to manage all types of documentations: MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) etc.
- Genuine desire to help clients to solves their issues with a can-do attitude
