**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist in managing client records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records of client interactions and reports.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients.
- Manage office supplies, mail distribution, and general administrative tasks.
**Calling & Client Coordination**:
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with clients.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide necessary administrative support.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
- Update and track call logs and appointment schedules.
- Assist in resolving client queries and directing them to the appropriate department.
**Event & Engagement Support**:
- Assist in organizing corporate events, workshops, and engagement sessions.
- Help coordinate logistics for events, including scheduling and material preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve client communication and retention.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum education level: Diploma
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in event planning software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in designing platform (Canva, Photoshop)
- Proficient in Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
**Requirements**:
- Age between 21 and 35 years old
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
