Job Accountabilities:
1 To identify risks and hazards associated with the Piping works and prepares related Risk assessment and work Method statement.

2 Able to make isometric drawings as per location required for ship repairs work.

3 Need to work in day or night shift depends on the ship repair requirement.

4 Need to work Anchorage and overseas depend on the ship repair location.

5 Pre-Job Briefing and Tool Box Talk to workforce prior to start the work activity.

6 To ensure timekeeping are followed as per client requirements.

7 To ensure availability of required engineering drawings, Resources and consumables to carry out the work.

8 To coordinate with other discipline such as QA/QC, Material Dept., Painting team etc. according to requirement during the project phase.

9 To coordinate and supervise closely all Piping work activities between PMT (Structural, Piping, EIT, Mechanical, Lifting, Architecture, Blasting and Painting, HVAC, Maintenance, Commissioning, Weighing, Sea Fastening, Loadout and others Trades).

10 Monitoring the subcontractor for daily erection / dismantling / modification of Piping.

11 Enforce safe work practices at job site. To monitors and ensure workers work in a safety manner and all piping job site are in good and safe condition.

12 Attend PSCC (Project Safety Coordination Committee) meeting. Joint daily inspections, weekly Managements inspection and client audit.

13 To participation in line walk and prepare punch list prior to complete piping re-instatement activity.

14 To ensure punch list liquidation and action by subcontractor on required punch point on priority basis.

15 Responsible for the good housekeeping at all time for the shops and erection site.

16 Responsible to stop: if any violation by the subcontractors against the HSE or Quality requirements (even it is happen in other discipline - you have all the rights to stop the violation and informed to the concern discipline.
