**Company Overview**:
Our client is a leading provider of CCTV and surveillance systems, dedicated to offering reliable and innovative security solutions to our clients. We are looking for an experienced and skilled Assistant Technical Manager to join the team and oversee corrective and maintenance work for systems of end user.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage technical teams in performing corrective and preventive maintenance of CCTV and surveillance systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and upgrade of CCTV and surveillance equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols during all technical activities.
- Collaborate with clients to address their concerns, provide technical guidance, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance schedules and service reports.
- Monitor inventory of technical supplies and equipment, coordinating with suppliers as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical management, especially within the CCTV or surveillance industry.
- Preferably to have experience in leading junior staffs
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, access control, and other surveillance technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with both team members and clients.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
