Superintendent, Technical

To plan, control, and execute all activities connected with dry-docking, conversion, or modification of assigned ships, including the preparation of docking specifications, cost compilation, and final reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- To check and review all PRs raised by the vessel engine department.
- To check, review and work out the action plan of all engine defects.
- To prepare and source contractors for repair, inclusive of survey.
- To check and ensure all PMS are in good order.
- To interview and keep track of engineer performance.
- To have good communication and delegation skills with engineer.
- To keep and ensure all statutory and classification certificates’ validity.
- To keep track of the consumables’ status.
- To provide technical support to vessels assigned inclusive of the statutory and classification matters.
- To ensure good housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month

- marine engineering: 2 years (preferred)
