**HIGHLIGHTS**

Position: Senior Purchasing / Purchasing Executive

Industry: Manufacturing

Working hours: 5.5 Days, Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm, Sat 8:30 to 12:30

Basic Salary: $2,500 to $4,500 (Salary commensurate according to experiences)

Working location: Jurong

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Source for potential products, vendors and services while comparing prices and quality
- Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate on contracts and best payment terms
- Liaising with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure products are received on time
- Monitoring inventory and prepare orders to for restocking
- Inspection of purchased products upon stock arrival and report any issues accordingly
- Update inventory and record all purchased products accordingly
- Prepare report on purchases made and perform cost analysis
- Matching of PO, DO and invoices to ensure payment to suppliers are timely
- Any other duties as assigned by management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level qualifications
- Experience in shipment processes, import and export will be preferred
- Able to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure
- Meticulous, time management and decision making skills
- Able to work in a team and follow company guidelines
- Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior
- Able to work OT when required
- Able to start work immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,394.10 - $6,242.13 per month
