**Your new company**

An American FMCG company is looking for a Senior Manager Transportation global led regionally managed control tower transportation role providing enhancement for all aspects of transportation, leading efforts for project, systems and report management. You will be managing a team of 10 based in China. Central location with hybrid working arrangement.

**Your new role**
- Lead and manage Transportation Control Tower operations in APAC.
- In charge of the transportation budget targets, scorecards and developing processes to improve the performance.
- Manage carrier’s and the global relationships managing
- Lead transportation database including contract, route and rates compliance
- Head up the integrated Logistics and Transportation program timelines and governance
- Leader in change management with scope to define, provide recommendation and drive automation of tools and reporting
- Develop and standardised operational reports and dashboards to monitor data integrity, and other key objectives and performance indicators
- Super user to build reporting via GTNexus Transportation Management
- Lead enhancement current data warehouse solutions

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related
- Minimum 10 years working experience in global logistics, freight forwarding management
- SAP experience
- Six Sigma Greenbelt certification completed or in progress is a preferred
- Experience managing large programs, cross-functional teams, in addition to leading and managing projects from initial formulation through successful completion
- Familiarity with Power BI reporting and dashboard
