Job Description:

- As Machinery Group Chief Operating Officer Asia Oceania Bloc, responsible for all Machinery group business and investments in Asia & Oceania bloc by managing GMs and their staffs in ITOCHU's regional offices located in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Myanmer, Thailand, Canbodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippine and Australia
- Machinery group business includes Power, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Transportation, Water, Waste management, Aerospace, Marine, Automobile, Construction Equipment and Industrial Machinery sectors

Job Requirements:

- Building up clear, consistent and sustainable strategies in Machinery business segments.
- Vast experience in investment, acquision and finance in Machinery business segments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills including proven ability to effectively convey information and ideas clearly in both written and verbal means.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain good relationship with Management, Superior, Subordinates and local/overseas counterparts.
- Challenging, open minded, sensitive and able to work in multicultural environment.
- Problem-solving and analytics skills with demonstrated ability to identify and define problems, extract key information from clients/vendors, verify cause of problem and develop feasible solutions to resolve problems identified.
- Capability of coaching and motivating Group staffs for better performance and contributions.
- Excellent ability to converse in business Japanese language to liaise with Japanese counterparts in the region and Japan HQ.
