**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee quote and booking process for all inbound and outbound freight (Ocean, Air, Rail or Ground) - gathering quotes from various freight forwarders, price negotiating and booking transit schedules.
- Ensure freight is booked, picked up and dropped off according to ex-factory schedules for all brands and distribution centers globally
- Stay informed on all freight in transit, recording updates, delays, etc. and notify the appropriate parties (both internal and external) when issues arise, and coordinate on resolution
- Communicate with distribution centers to ensure accurate receipt of inventory as described on purchase orders and packing lists.
- Maintain accurate information and reports for all inbound and outbound freight shipments across multiple systems
- Analyze freight data to optimize freight operations globally
- Source new freight forwarders across all product offerings to reduce cost and efficiency
- Establish annual contracts to maintain business continuity and cost predictability
- Analyze and recommend optimal mix of modes (ocean, air, rail, and ground) per freight route globally

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in business or related field
- 3-4 years of Supply Chain or Freight Forwarding experience
- Previous experience at high-growth consumer business preferred
- Able to work across multiple different time zones
- Microsoft Excel and Netsuite (or equivalent ERP) proficiency required
- Technical analytical skills such as SQL, Python a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
