**About the Team**:
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. We work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Define the knowledge management strategy for our knowledge base and maintain high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for audiences of varying skill levels;
2. Partner with product team to drive tooling optimization for knowledge management;
3. Leverage data analytics to evaluate business impact, track the usage and define efficiency of the knowledge base content;
4. Work effectively across the organization with cross functional stakeholders to evaluate, improve & maintain knowledge base content to push for high usage and adoption rate;
5. Lead and implement knowledge management projects that address critical business problems along the knowledge cycle;
6. Conduct on-going analysis of improvements to our knowledge management roadmap and gather feedback from key audiences;
7. Develop a strong strategic relationship with cross functional stakeholders that play a critical role in the knowledge management cycle and content technology ecosystem.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;
2. Experience planning and writing technical and business documentation;
3. 3 years of experience in knowledge management, preferably in program or system management;
4. Familiarity with content categorization, terminology and metadata management;
5. Working experience with international partners across different time zones and cultures;
6. Excellent verbal and written skills in English
