We’re looking for a talented Marketing and Communications Specialist who will play a key role in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support our business objectives. If you’re a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for integrated, B2B2C marketing, we want to hear from you.

As a Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will:

- **Campaign Management and Execution**: Develop and implement online and offline marketing campaigns align with Fave's business goals (promoting our merchants, growing our monthly active users, increasing mind share and brand recall etc)
- **Social Media Management**: Manage Fave's social media accounts, develop content calendars, and engage with our online community.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and communications.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and execute events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of our marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Marketing team, Business Development, Product and Partnership teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- **Public Relations**: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand reputation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Resilient, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.
- Passion for technology and the fintech industry is a plus.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
